Project Manager to Manage a Large-scale Implementation of Mobile Working Repairs Service

ERC are looking for a company to programme manage a large-scale implementation of mobile working to their repairs service. Ensuring that business continues as usual whilst project planning and implementation are undertaken. ERC housing services currently use a number of software solutions for different business areas that interface to one another, it is key that these systems remain uninterrupted. There will be a large element of process changes and improvement to improve the productivity of the service once mobile working solution is procured. Lot 1: ERC are looking for a consultant/ company to manage the design and implementation of the digital transformation of our in house repairs service. Removing any manual and paper based processes onto a mobile working solution. This project will run for a 2-3 year period depending on the solution procured..
