North of England Commissioning Support Unit is working for and on behalf of NHS England - North East and Yorkshire (the Relevant Authority) who intend to follow the MSP process to award contracts for the provision of GP Practice in-reach services for Aycliffe Secure Children's Home and Kyloe House Secure Children's Home. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Aycliffe Secure Children's Home (SCH) This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. It is the intention to award a contract using the Most Suitable Provider Process. Additional information: The deadline to express an interest to be considered the Most Suitable Provider is 17:00 on Monday 24 March 2025. All interested providers must complete the questionnaire within the Atamis system in order to be considered the Most Suitable Provider. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. It is the intention to award a contract using the Most Suitable Provider Process. The intention to award decision using the Most Suitable Provider Process has been made by the Regional Leadership Group of NHS England North East and Yorkshire (Health and Justice).
