ICT Products, Services and Financial Intelligence Framework

Tender description

Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner, in partnership with Blue Light Commercial, is looking to establish a framework for the provision of a variety of ICT services and goods. It is intended that the framework will be divided into multiple lots; and final decisions around the formation and number of lots will be made following market engagement. The framework lots intend to cover, the following areas of ICT services; ICT Strategic Partner, Hardware and Software, IT Consultancy and Professional Services, IT Training Services, Financial intelligence products and services and IT WEEE waste, recycling and disposal and Enabling Services systems. This notice follows prior market engagement activity in 2023 and aims to provide an update via teams on the intended procurement timeline and activity. In partnership with Blue Light Commercial we will be holding a market update session on Wednesday 2nd October 2024. You will then be allocated a time slot linked to the online meeting. Lot 1: ICT Strategic Partner This lot focuses on the provision of an ICT Strategic partner for public sector bodies. Selected suppliers for this lot will provide Strategic forward planning for projects​, provide a consistent supplier/customer relationship to develop innovation and partnership​. Bidders in this lot will need significant sector experience and presence with access to wide range of software, hardware and vendor partnerships. Lot 2: Hardware and associated services This lot covers the provision of a range of standard IT products (end user devices, audio visual equipment, network infrastructure, IT peripherals, IaaS, PaaS, operating systems and utility software​ It includes associated services (e.g. installation, tech support, configuration etc)​ Lot 3: Software and associated services This lot will cover the provision of a full range of software from different vendors; open source licences, COTs licences, SaaS, operating systems, middleware, utilities and information security software​ In addition it will include associated services for example; installation, configuration, maintenance etc​ Lot 4: ICT Consultancy and Services This lots covers the provision of ICT Consultancy services, ​IT Health checks​ and professional services/projects- time and materials services including network design/ M365 reviews/service development Lot 5: ICT training This lot covers the provision of IT training services including the: -Design and delivery of IT training ​ -Specialist and technical training​ -Non technical, business and soft skills​ -Custom / bespoke​ training -Accredited training Lot 6: Financial Investigation tools This lot covers the provision of the tools/systems to allow the below activities to be undertaken: -Financial and Personal Checks on individuals and companies​-Access to Personal Data and financial data​ -Land registration detail checks -Review of Company information​ In addition we invite suppliers to provide innovation solutions / tech development Lot 7: ICT Recycling and disposal This lot covers the provision of the below services: - Secure disposal of ICT hardware​ -Asset tracking​ -Data destruction (on site if required)​ -Specialist logistics​ -Recycling​ -Secure transportation​ -Cost recovery / income generation​ Lot 8: Enabling Services Systems This lot covers the provision of Enabling Services Systems including but not limited to HR, Finance, payroll, duty management and recruitment. These systems can be provided as a standalone or as an ERP solution.
