HBC - Economy Study

Tender description

Dacorum Borough Council, Hertsmere Borough Council, Three Rivers District Council and Watford Borough Council (referred to as the ‘South West Hertfordshire authorities’) are looking to appoint consultants to produce an Economy Study. 1.2 The study will provide an objective assessment of the role and function of the local economy in South West Hertfordshire and identify the functional economic market area(s) operating in and across the area (including overlaps and links with neighbouring authorities). It will provide recommendations to inform long-term land use planning for employment.
