Tender description

Contract for CIPFA to support LBWF to: Run workshops with Finance staff to gather information and aid development of new organisational structure and determine current competence of Finance and Services across LBWF . Implement CIPFA’s competency framework and measure staff against it to determine development needs, gaps in skills and competencies across Finance and inform upcoming restructure. Develop new role competence-based role profiles for majority of roles in Finance. Support with developing roadmap and delivery of plan to change culture, behaviours and ways of working for Finance and Services across LBWF.
