A high quality integrated physical vapour deposition tool in a sealed glovebox designed and provided from a single manufacturer. The PVD glovebox (3 gloves) to be connected to another glovebox (4 gloves), with T-chamber, that allows solution processes containing a spin coater. Lot 1: Route 2 Procurement.
