Tender description

The Council is committed to promoting sustainability, reducing carbon emissions, and supporting our tenants by providing cost-effective energy solutions. In alignment with these goals, the Council is exploring the development and implementation of a solar power initiative across our tenanted commercial estate. This initiative aims to install solar panels on our commercial properties and provide renewable energy to our tenants at reduced rates through a Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) model.
