Pre Procurement Market Engagement - Committee Management System

Tender description

North Hertfordshire District Council (the Council) is undertaking a pre procurement market engagement exercise to explore the Committee Management System options available and the different provision within these systems. It needs to be a comprehensive system, with the ability to manage all aspects of Committees, including (but not limited to) production of agendas, Minutes and Decision Sheets, Outside Organisation and Parish Council management and Forward Plans. The ability to use a cloud based software would be considered and ideally further integration with other key systems (i.e. an electoral register system) would be preferred. Please find attached a specification document and questionnaire for review and completion as to how you are able to meet these requirements. Additional information: North Hertfordshire District Council uses an E-Tendering system (In-Tend). Responses to the questionnaire must be returned through the Supply Hertfordshire Portal.
