Tender description

The purpose of this service is to evaluate the English proficiency of students aged 8 to 11 years who are learning English as a foreign language. Suppliers who are interested must offer a reliable and validated tool to determine a student's current level of English. This tool should be accessible remotely on different devices, such as tablets and computers. It will be used for a large group of students, and a simple, step-by-step guide may be necessary to help them complete the test. The selected supplier will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the tests, as well as the timely submission and analysis of the results. The service must be provided in Colombia in accordance with the terms and conditions established in this document and the framework agreement signed by the supplier and the British Council.<br />The chosen supplier will enter into a framework agreement that serves as a main contract for up to three years. After signing, the supplier and the British Council will agree on specific call- off contracts based on the actual needs of the British Council. These agreements will detail the exact services to be provided, and the supplier will be responsible for delivering them. The British Council will only pay for the services that are covered by these specific contracts.<br />Suppliers who are interested must be legally registered in either Colombia or the UK, and their business purpose must align with this Invitation to Tender.
