Objectives The appointed Supplier will have: •Significant experience of delivering quality catering services in Secondary schools. •Strong area management structure and local resources to ensure the required level of service is constantly maintained. •Proven ability to grow sales and increasing pupil meal uptake. •A compelling attitude towards making the lunchtime service appealing, healthy and educational for children. •Possessing robust management controls and proven expertise in meeting operational and budgetary targets.
