2024_KAZ_ Transnational Education (TNE) Quality Assurance Framework

Tender description

British Council in Kazakhstan is seeking consultancy support to establish a robust and effective transnational education (TNE) quality assurance framework for the country’s higher education system. The framework will serve as a guiding document for institutions, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders involved in TNE activities. <br /><br />The consultancy is planned to be delivered from November 2024 to March 2025 , for five months. It is planned to have monthly online meetings with the work group of local experts and a national consultant. At least one offline meeting will be organised in a form of a workshop facilitated by the consultants to discuss the findings and design of the TNE quality assurance framework with national consultant(s), local experts, Ministry and other key stakeholders (to be held in Astana).
