Prior Information Notice (PIN) - Orbit Group New Build Scheme Construction Works – 190 New Homes, St Annes Quarter, Norwich Location: St Annes Quarter, King Street, Norwich, NR1 1QE, United Kingdom The Contracting Authority intends to complete the final three phases of the existing Orbit scheme at St Annes Quarter in Norwich. This project involves the construction of 190 new homes, comprising 181 apartments and 9 townhouses. Lot 1: Prior Information Notice (PIN) - Orbit Group New Build Scheme Construction Works – 190 New Homes, St Annes Quarter, Norwich Location: St Annes Quarter, King Street, Norwich, NR1 1QE, United Kingdom Project Overview: The Contracting Authority intends to complete the final three phases of the existing Orbit scheme at St Annes Quarter in Norwich. This project involves the construction of 190 new homes, comprising 181 apartments and 9 townhouses. The scheme is a continuation of previous work, with some basement and piling works already completed on the brownfield site. Scope of Work: Design and Build contract under JCT D&B 2024 form. Completion of 190 residential units: 181 apartments and 9 townhouses. Utilisation of existing basement and piling structures as part of the development. Estimated Contract Value: £36 million Project Timeline: Expected Procurement Date: February 2025 Expected Start Date: June 2025 Expected Completion Date: May 2028 Additional Information: The project aims to provide high-quality residential units, contributing to the housing demand in the area.
