Tender description

The Authority is looking for a Supplier for the management of the GMTS' University Careers Fair Collateral, this is to include site collection and delivery, onsite setup and pack-up, management of resource stocks (leaflets/brochures etc.) It will also be required that the event collateral be safely stored between events. The events will usually run from Late September through November with some dates across the rest of the academic year. A full description of the requirement can be found in the ITQ document once suppliers have registered their interest. Please note: the budget for this work is £100,000 exclusive of VAT.
