Moray Council intends to carry out a procurement exercise to commission a framework for the provision of a range of estates and property management services. Lot 1: Moray Council intends to carry out a procurement exercise to commission a framework for the provision of a range of estates and property management services. This would be to ensure its leased and surplus properties are managed effectively (with a view to maximising net rental income and capital receipts), as well as fulfil statutory requirements for property valuations for financial reporting. The services to be commissioned would include property valuations, disposals, acquisitions, leases and rent reviews.
