The provision of Neutral Vendor Managed Services for Professional Services to connect Ofgem with suppliers whilst controlling spend, mitigating risk and adding value to each and every project. Supporting Ofgem will include but not limited to, identifying the best routes to market, ensure sub-contracted providers are compliant with UK law and best practice governance and essential cyber security, manage the sub-contracted provider to ensure deliverables are achieved on time and on budget and to the agreed quality standard, recommend alternative solutions where the outcomes required could be delivered in a more effective manner and to support/lead change control processes where applicable.
