Daisy Meadow Car Park - Parking Management

Tender description

Heybridge Basin Parish Council have used an operating company to manage a 120 space car park for approaching 3 years using an ANPR based Pay on Entry system. The Parish Council is interested to change to use either: a) an operator with a Pay on Exit, no barrier, system. Or b) contract with a supplier of equipment capable of providing such a system, including equipment maintenance. The system must include the provision of an Exemption List, offer contactless and chip and PIN based card payment alongside Ringo - no cash option.
