Lot 1: South Ayrshire Council wish to engage a professional services provider to deliver aspects of its ‘Shaping Our Future Council’ transformation portfolio. In March 2024, the Council agreed four key areas for transformation which shape the Councils priorities for change over the next three years: - Our Workforce; - Our Technology; - Our Assets; and - Our Delivery Model It is the Council’s intention to work with a partner at pace, to deliver specific projects that will realise cashable benefits and help ensure the long-term sustainability of the Council. The Council is particularly interested in hearing from providers with experience in developing public sector partnerships and a track record in supporting large scale transformation programmes to deliver tangible outcomes. Due to the nature of this work, it is preferred that interested parties meet the appropriate requirements to deliver financial, property and risk advice. The Council is also interested in exploring payment model options. The Council would ask any potential partners to respond to this Prior Information Notice and register their interest as soon as possible.
