Tender description

This is a compliant award of a Call-Off Contract from the TUCO Framework for Light and Heavy Catering Equipment (CAT11064-TU). This short interim contract is valued to a maximum of £130,000 however there is no guarantee of any level of spend. It will be used by EA only when required to ensure service continuity of school meals to children and young people until the wider EA contract is in place which is anticipated to be 1st November 2024 The original Framework was awarded in 2023, as per notice 2023/S 000-030104 following an Open procurement process in compliance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
