Change name of Contract from One Health Group 2024-2029 to Thornbury Hospital 2024-2029 Lot 1: The provider delivers the following services which fall within the scope of choice under regulation 39 of the Standing Rules: elective orthopaedics services, elective general surgery services, elective gynaecology services, elective neurosurgery services<br/><br/>NHS SYICB have a qualification process for any new providers expressing an interest under regulation 39 and will award contracts without restrictions on the number of providers, where all qualification criteria are met. On this basis it is clear that direct award process B will apply to the following providers who are delivering in accordance with regulation 39. Regulation 39 applies to the services under these contracts which fall within the definition of elective outpatient appointments in accordance with the legislative definitions.<br/><br/>The contract value is unknown. The provider is paid in line with the relevant unit prices for the activity delivered in accordance with the nationally mandated NHS Payment Scheme.<br/>The indicative lifetime value of the contract is £.15,683,025.<br/><br/>The contract is awarded from 01/04/2024 to 31/03/2029.<br/><br/>These are existing services with the existing provider.
