This tender is for a full solution which will allow Guests to purchase CSL branded goods online. We are looking for a supplier who can provide the sales platform, will manage ongoing procurement of a range of products, maintain online content (or support us to do it), store and insure physical stock and fulfil the orders to UK and Overseas Lot 1: This tender is for a full solution which will allow Guests to purchase CSL branded goods online. Due to restrictions in the rail booking systems it won’t be possible to offer products as part of the main in-booking journey flow, therefore Caledonian Sleeper is looking for a supplier who can provide the sales platform, will manage ongoing procurement of a range of products, maintain online content (or support us to do it), store and insure physical stock and fulfil the orders to UK and Overseas as well as any after sales process with customers. Please note there will be a delay between cost submissions and negotiations/award to allow for internal approval
