Herefordshire Council are currently reviewing their debt recovery process to create a co-ordinated and streamlined corporate-centred approach to managing debt recovery. To achieve this aim the council require a specific debt recovery system to facilitate and help Council staff to complete the necessary tasks to deliver this service. The purpose of this request for information (RFI) is to see if suppliers are able to provide a system to meet their requirements.
