Outline Business Case: Dundee Delivery Model and Initial City Centre Network Programme

Dundee City Council (the Council) wishes to determine the optimum delivery model and procurement strategy which should be adopted to unlock long-term heat network deployment at scale within the city. The Council therefore wishes to engage with the advisory services market at an early stage to identify potential organisations with the appropriate expertise to develop a Green Book standard Outline Business Case for the procurement of a private sector delivery partner, with the City Centre Heat Network Zone being the initial focus for project delivery.
