Tender description

The call-off was prepared on behalf of the Welsh Ministers, herein after referred to as ‘the Client’, in order to establish a contract for Occupational Health and Associated Services. The Client aims to award a 4-year contract with an estimated value of between £300,000 to £450,000 exc. VAT (£75,000 to £132,000 per annum exc. VAT). We cannot guarantee the level of service required and the final contract value will be dependent on the need for the service by staff. There will be an option for an additional 12-month extension, at the Client’s request, which will be dependent on supplier performance and budget availability.Please note this Call-Off Contract has been procured and awarded in compliance with the procedures set out within Framework Agreement Reference: WGCD-PCS-118-22 – Lot 1 - Occupational Health. Under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (“PCR 2015”), a contracting authority is not required to issue an award notice for Call-Off Contracts awarded using frameworks, but the Welsh Government has undertaken to voluntarily comply with WPPN 02/22 in relation to the above referenced mini competition under this framework.
