Tender description

City Building requires to procure an IT specialist who can support the business in its decision-making process where we require research and advisory services which can act as an extension of the current team. We require access to Global experts without the need to employ them directly. In addition to the advisory services, we require access to established methodologies and toolkits which will improve and enhance deliveries of our service. The term of the contract will be two years, plus an option to extend for a further 12 months.
