The call off contract is for support at home services to meet a service requirement for 24/7 services for adults with Complex Needs and learning disabilities. The procurement supports the development of a five person project linked to four adjacent properties in Central Buchan. Lot 1: The service requirement is for 24/7 support at home services for adults with Complex Needs and learning disabilities, or dual diagnosis The service is required to assist five adults with particular needs to live independently and to develop their daily living skills, through provision of personal care, personal support and housing support, providing the right care and support in the right place. It will assist them to achieve and increase their potential in relation to physical, intellectual, emotional and social capacity, whilst improving experiences within the local community and supporting improvement to their quality of life, confidence and experiences. The service will be registered with the Care Inspectorate as Support Services (with Care at Home) and Housing Support Staff will require to be appropriately trained and require to have experience of working with behaviour that challenges services and that are experienced in Positive Behaviour Support strategies or other recognised approaches.
