Tender description

The DTMS is a unique, bespoke system built by INEO Hauts-de-France with Border Force and Port of Dunkirk. The system tracks and records each freight vehicle journey through the various controls eliminating paper records and enabling 'smarter searching'. This contract is for the provision of preventative maintenance to ensure the various IT equipment (hardware and software) that support the DTMS system remain in good condition and prevents the various risks of breakdown.
