Tender description

The project comprises of the demolition of a section of the existing Rushey Meadow children's facility to facilitate a 2-storey extension of a children's residential home to provide placement for 2 children at any one time. The extension is to be constructed of brick and block insulated cavity walls, concrete tiled pitched roof, UPvC Windows and external doors, new gas supply, extension to existing buildings electrical infrastructure, various repairs and alterations to the existing building following the demolition to accommodate the revised layout, external works and amendments to the road kerbs on the shared access road to improve drainage.
