In North Northamptonshire, we're imagining the future, setting aside the everyday problems that stifle creative thinking and imagining how we make North Northamptonshire the best possible place to live in 2050 . Every decision we make focuses our energies and plans to make that a reality. Our commissioning focuses on prevention and associated actions that will enable people to live their best lives. <br /><br />We have high aspirations; every child in North Northamptonshire will have the best start in life and achieve everything they are capable of in childhood and adulthood. We believe that with the proper support, more children will be in good physical and emotional health, be ready for school and have set strong foundations for adulthood. Our children deserve services that support their development with professionals who are as invested in their success as we are.<br /><br />Our commissioning plans are grounded in evidence of what works and feedback from families who bring their expertise. They're also innovative, as we're consciously stepping into new territory to grow the evidence base. In commissioning two discrete but interconnected public health services, we're taking a bold and brave step to improve outcomes for children, young people, and families. Our new services are:<br /><br />• Lot 1 - The Best Start in Life for Children in North Northamptonshire: An Integration of Public Health Services for Families and Children aged 0-11 and Family Hubs <br /><br />• Lot 2 - Thriving in Life: A Public Health Service for young people aged 11+ -19 <br />
