Kettering Library and Art Gallery Roof

Tender description

North Northants intend to undertake replacement of the existing roof at the Grade II listed Library and Art Gallery in Kettering known as Cornerstone. No works are planned to the recent extension to the Cornerstone building. We will be looking for a contractor to install scaffolding and tent and undertake the works and complete within the dates provided. Suppliers must be able to provide evidence of recent work on listed buildings, including Collyweston stone slating. Along with the use of lime mortars, terne coated stainless steel roofing, glazing repairs, scaffolding and temporary roofs. Designs are being finalised and a complete set of tender documentation will be published on Contract Finder. No further details will be provided until the opportunity is published.
