Tender description

The Dunraven Educational Trust (DET) was established in 2016 and over the years has successfully grown the number of its schools by transforming the experience and enhancing the offer from where they were. Lot 1: Basis of Contract The School wishes to appoint a single supplier to deliver full catering services to each school. The contract will commence from 1st September 2025 and will be for an initial period of 3 years plus an option of 2 further periods of 1 year. The estimated turnover is circa £3.8 million over initial 3-year period. Objectives The appointed Supplier will have: •Significant experience of delivering quality catering services to MAT’s with both Primary and Secondary schools. •Strong area management structure and local resources to ensure the required level of service is constantly maintained. •Proven ability to grow sales and increasing pupil meal uptake •A compelling attitude towards making the lunchtime service appealing, healthy and educational for children. •Possessing robust management controls and proven expertise in meeting operational and budgetary targets Please see SQ Document for more information.
