Denbighshire Domestic Abuse Homelessness Prevention Support Services Meet the Buyer Event

We are holding a Meet the Buyer event at 3.00 pm on Friday 6th September 2024 online via Microsoft Teams. This is to introduce the forthcoming tender for the Domestic Abuse Homelessness Prevention Support Services project. To book a place at the event, please email: CandCteamASCH@denbighshire.gov.uk Denbighshire County Council proposes to re-tender the existing project which comprises floating support and refuge provision as part of our transition towards Rapid Rehousing. The Domestic Abuse Homelessness Prevention Support Services project will be funded from the Welsh Government Housing Support Grant to support people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Lot 1: Support for citizens of any gender, aged 16 and above, single or part of a couple and may or may not have dependent children. This service comprises floating support and refuge provision for women, men and families experiencing housing related support needs linked to domestic abuse. All elements require the delivery of flexible, multi-disciplinary support, as required by the presenting individual needs. All individuals supported will be resident in Denbighshire and identified as needing support to enable them to sustain or manage their accommodation independently to prevent homelessness. Support will be offered for a time-limited period, as per individual need including complex needs e.g. duel mental health needs. Support will be strengths-based, person-centred and outcomes-focussed. Services will comply with Welsh Government Housing Support Grant Programme. The tender specification for this service may vary from the description above.
