Tender description

Tenders are invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the “Council”) from Suppliers appointed to Category 1 - Community Learning, Engagement & Volunteering of the EMP with relevant experience and ability to deliver Adult Learning Kirklees 2024 (the “Services”) as detailed in the Further Competition documents. As this is a Further Competition exercise it is essential that any Tenders received are from the same legal entity as appointed to the EMP (i.e. Tenders should not be received from other sub-divisions or trading arms of an organisation). The estimated value of the Services to be awarded is approximately £365,000 (Three hundred and sixty five thousand pounds) per annum. It is anticipated that between five (5) and ten (10) partners will be appointed with average contracts between £10,000 to £40,000. The anticipated commencement date for the Call-off Contract(s) is 1st September 2024. The anticipated expiry date for the Call-off Contract(s) is 31st August 2025, with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months up to 31st August 2026 subject to funding availability and performance.
