Victim Satisfaction Survey- Pre Market Engagement

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Wiltshire wishes to explore the market capabilities and appetite for the services listed in this notice, with the view to conduct a procurement based around the findings and outcomes of this Market Engagement exercise. The service is due to commence 1st April 2025. Participation in this Market Engagement exercise is voluntary, and non-participation will not preclude any party or organisation from taking part. The proposed structure of this Market Engagement exercise will be as follows: - Initial engagement via PIN (20th August 2024) - Official Invitation Outlining Event Details (4th September 2024) - Market Engagement Event (6th September 2024) This event will take place online via Microsoft Teams, please register your interest in attending and the Teams request will be sent no later than two days prior to the day. The agenda for the event will be a presentation provided by stakeholders from the Commissioner's office of Wiltshire Police, followed by an open Q&A session. Lot 1: The Police and Crime Commissioner for Wiltshire may soon be looking to outsource a Supplier to deliver a Victim Satisfaction Survey Service for victims across Wiltshire and Swindon. The service is anticipated to survey a maximum of 170 victims of crime pcm, whilst also conducting focus groups.
