Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Procurement

Tender description

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide an ATS recruitment system to replace our current application. The contractor will be required to develop, deploy and support the system which will be used by the organisation to manage recruitment from the creation of a vacancy requisition through to the offer and onboarding of colleagues. Lot 1: Due to the regulator’s expanded remit in April 2024, the organisation now has a need for a dynamic, modern and intuitive recruitment management system. The solution will service internal staff from a candidate management perspective and also external applicants will be able to submit their applications via this system. The delivery of a recruitment management system is part of our overall HR systems strategic objectives. This procurement will likely be conducted via a competitive, under threshold procurement procedure, to replace an existing system. This PIN acts as an advanced notification to the market that we expect to issue a contract notice in relation to this procurement in October 2024 .
