Provision of Funeral Arrangements within Carmarthenshire

Tender description

Carmarthenshire County Council are inviting tenders for the provision of funeral arrangements within the county of Carmarthenshire for the period 1st October 2021 to 30th September 2025.For the purpose of the tender, the geographical area of Carmarthenshire has been split into three, namely, Aman-Gwendraeth, Carmarthen and Llanelli. Tenders may submit their tender for one or more of the aforementioned areas.The tenderer will be expected to provide the service in connection with all deceased persons within the Lot where there are no other arrangements being made for disposal. This includes individuals in thecommunity, residents of residential care homes owned by the respective Local Authorities as well as individuals placed by the respective Authorities in independent sector residential homes.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
