This commission covers a range of different tasks as listed below and set out in more detail within the specification. This will require successful delivery of the commission to support the Council's overall aim to monitor, understand and evaluate the impacts of the traffic filters post-implementation. ? Review / confirm Monitoring and Evaluation Plan & programme ? Economic and business impacts to include pedestrian interview surveys ? Resident surveys ? Engagement with protected characteristic groups ? Baseline and comparator data collation ? Development of dashboard for reporting of ongoing monitoring results ? Production of dashboard reporting ? Interim reporting ? Preparation of final evaluation report ? Project management and co-ordination
