Mobile Working Solution

East Renfrewshire Council are considering coming to the market for a mobile working solution for our repairs service. This solution will need to provide, Stock management, Scheduling of appointments, job pricing/costing, lone worker security, data management/ dashboards, document management integration, adaptable reporting tools, and interface to a host of systems such as NEC, Servitor, Integra. This product would need to have the capacity to grow as the service does with extras such as asset management tools. The Council would like to hear from providers who offer solutions to meet the above. Please provide no more than 3 x A4 response detailing what you offer that may be of interest to the Council. Indicative pricing examples should be included. Response to be provided to Debbie.hill@eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk no later than 12 noon on Friday 13th September 2024.
