EVENT MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY FRAMEWORK

Procurement of a multi-lot Events Management Planning and Delivery Framework (EMF) that would service public events requirements (Major Events) for the Department of Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) (Sporting Events, Ceremonials etc.), Other Government Departments (OGDs) (such as Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO)) and Arm length Bodies (ALBs). This procurement will be conducted under the forthcoming regulations of the new Procurement Act 2023 (PA 2023) effective from October 2024. Lot 1: The Department has published this PIN to provide information on the planned procurement, as described below. This remains subject to internal approvals and the Department reserves the right to make amendments, or to not proceed with the procurement.<br/><br/>The Authority is seeking suppliers to form an Event Management and Delivery Framework.
