The courses provide a structured approach to the theoretical background and the practical application of field hydrometric measurement and data capture techniques, data processing and analysis methods. These training products provide knowledge and performance skills to enable reliable and cost-effective provision of high-quality hydrometric data relevant to the Environment Agency business needs. The training also enables our workforce to develop and deliver a consistent national hydrometric network service.
