TD2163- Provision of consumer and geo-demographic data services

Tender description

Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a contract for the provision of a range of data – geodemographic consumer classification, household expenditure / consumption, communications and marketing, finance / financial behavior, lifestyles and attitudes, housing and equivalised household income. Quotations are also invited for the provision of a single license for an integrated geographical and demographic analysis tool, with GIS interface, for in-depth consumer mapping, profiling, and reporting. The contract period is for an initial 36 months; the contract will commence 21/10/2024 and expire 20/10/2027. There will be options to extend the contract for 24 months in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. The maximum contract period is 5 years. Keywords: data services
