Supply of Ground Fuels to British Forces Cyprus

Tender description

The purpose of this PIN is to notify the market of an upcoming procurement. This procurement will seek to appoint a provider for the supply of ground fuels to British Forces Cyprus (BFC). Lot 1: There is an enduring requirement for the delivery of ground fuels throughout BFC locations. - Bulk Automotive Diesel (MT Diesel) – General Purpose to BS EN 590:2013 specification standard or European equivalent. - Bulk Fuel Oils for Domestic & Industrial Engines and Boiler (Fuel Furnace Oil – Gas Oil) to BS 2869:2010 specification standard or European equivalent. - Jet-A1 Fuel for Kingsfield Airfield. Deliveries must be made within 48 hours from the point of order to any of the six demanding stations within BFC; Akrotiri, Episkopi, Troodos, Dhekelia, Kingsfield and Ayios Nikolaos. Estimated annual and volumetric requirements based on previous usage will be provided as part of the tender, however this is a call-off contract so there is no commitment by the Authority to volumes.
