East Suffolk Council ("ESC", "the Council") requires a Security Service provider to manage a tower block building in Lowestoft. This relates to St. Peter Court (SPC), a 16-storey residential tower block, located in central Lowestoft. The building comprises 90 x 2-bedroom flats with a single central stair and lift core.
