Tender description

The Council needs to procure external legal services for this current stage of the project and requires the following:-\r \r • Advice and ongoing assistance including associated agreements in relation to the proposed JV partner.\r • Advice and assistance including negotiations and future agreements with stakeholders.\r • Advice on existing option agreements and any future option agreements or land acquisition matters.\r • Advice relating to any land transaction between the Council and the LLP and all associated documentation.\r • Advice and assistance with planning agreements in relation to the development.\r • Ad hoc legal advice in relation to the project not covered by the points above (would suggest that an hourly rate is quoted for such matters).\r • Update the financing agreements
