Tender description

The Council needs to procure external legal services for this current stage of the project and requires the following:- • Advice and ongoing assistance including associated agreements in relation to the proposed JV partner. • Advice and assistance including negotiations and future agreements with stakeholders. • Advice on existing option agreements and any future option agreements or land acquisition matters. • Advice relating to any land transaction between the Council and the LLP and all associated documentation. • Advice and assistance with planning agreements in relation to the development. • Ad hoc legal advice in relation to the project not covered by the points above (would suggest that an hourly rate is quoted for such matters). • Update the financing agreements Keywords: Legal support
