Content-Led Interpretation Graphics Design and Related Production Management Services

The Interpretation and Design Team wishes to appoint specialist interpretive graphic designers for content-led interpretation graphics and related production management services. The contractors will work with the team on a call-off basis to deliver graphic design for interpretation panels and exhibition graphics for both indoor and outdoor environments at RBGE’s four Gardens. Lot 1: The graphic designers will have experience in delivering a range of content-led interpretation graphics, including high-quality accessible interpretation panels and other interpretation media, devised to engage visitors with heritage attractions such as botanic gardens or equivalent. Tenderers who do not demonstrate that experience and understanding or fail to answer all of the ITT questions will not be considered. The work will consist of the graphic design, administration and production management of interpretation panels and other content-led media. Designs will be developed using Creative Cloud software, mainly Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. The successful candidates will liaise directly with the Interpretation and Design Team or other RBGE staff as directed, as well as production companies appointed by RBGE.
