Tender description
DCU is seeking to ascertain the marketplace for the following Business Management Education Resources: Harvard Business Publishing Education Catalog. Previous market analysis undertaken by DCU indicates that the procurement of the above resources falls within the exemptions set out in Regulation 32 (b) (iii) of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 as they relate to the protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights.
