Tender description

British Embassy Kyiv is seeking a Political Economy Analysis Provider to provide regular, short- and long-term political economy analyses (PEA), particularly at the sub-national level. This will ensure the UK's strategy, policy, and programmes are informed and influenced by up-to-date and on-the-ground analysis to drive effectiveness of UK objectives in the complex operating environment of Ukraine. Additional information: FCDO will be hosting an Early Market Engagement event about the planned programme and the anticipated services required from interested parties. We would welcome those with experience in the following areas: - Conducting Political Economy Analysis and providing expert advice (including identification of entry points) and quality assurance to the FCDO. - Providing both quick and longer-term analysis in a variety of formats (reports, PowerPoint presentations) with expertise in delivering and facilitation political economy training, workshops and strategic dialogues to ensure that research is taken up and utilised by teams.
