ScotRail have a requirement to update Customer Information Screens throughout acorss the ScoRail estate. This Periodic Indicative Notice is to engage with the market for the provision of a single supplier framework for the supply and delivery of Customer Information Screens (CIS) and related consumables. Interested parties are asked to complete some market engagement questions on the Wax Portal: https://scotrail.wax-live.com/S2C/DisplayModules/TradeModules/Negotiations/Opportunities/ListEvents.aspx Lot 1: ScotRail are looking to engage with the market to procure a single supplier framework for Customer Information Screens. CISs are used throughout ScotRail to provide information to customers on live train information. Scotrail a looking to replace outdated screens across the estate over the next 5 years and this PIN will assist in the procurement of these services. A single-supplier framework of at least 5 years will allow ScotRail to phase the implementation of screens, ensure consistency across the estate with one supplier and create a more strategic partnership to help utilise the most up to date technology..
