SCFT: Provision of a Community Specific E-Rostering System

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is undertaking a competitive with negotiation procurement process for the Provision of a Community Specific E-Rostering System.<br/><br/>Currently the organisation has an e-Rostering System that covers circa 50% of the organisation. The system also facilities the bank and agency management for the Trust and provides the Intermediate Care units with a Safer Nursing Care Tool.<br/><br/>The Trust is looking to expand the scope of e-Rostering to cover all operational services within the organisation. Lot 1: Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is undertaking a competitive with negotiation procurement process for the Provision of a Community Specific E-Rostering System.<br/><br/>Currently the organisation has an e-Rostering System that covers circa 50% of the organisation. The Staff groups covered within this scope are:<br/><br/>• Nursing<br/>• Additional Clinical Services<br/>• Allied Health Professionals<br/>• Medical and Dental<br/>• Administrative and Clerical<br/>• Estates and Facilities<br/>• Healthcare Scientists<br/><br/>The size of the organisation is 375 substantive teams and 5624 staff members. Temporary workers (bank and agency) also fall into scope.<br/><br/>A rostering solution is being explored that can provide e-Rostering for Agenda for Change and Medical staff groups.
