Psychological Support in Cardiac Rehab

Tender description

This commission seeks to run a pilot to test the effectiveness and affordability of different models of providing psychological support to patients who are going through cardiac rehabilitation. Is it best provided by specialist staff focusing on this element or by training up staff in cardiac rehab and giving them capacity and knowledge to provide this support. Lot 1: Contract length is 12 months with the option to extend for one 6 month period which is time based only.<br/><br/>The total value available for this contract is £280,000.00 (excluding VAT, charged at the prevailing rates)<br/><br/>Late submissions will not be accepted therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time.
